Stitched Haberdashery Carbon Copy Fabric Prints

Jane Hadfield is an experienced textile tutor and a member of Textile Explorers.

This is a hand stitching workshop.

Participants will print fabric notions such as lace, embroidered stitching and braids etc onto fabric, which you will then stitch into to further embellish

Requirements –

The tutor, Jane will supply all the essentials for the workshop at a cost of £5 as listed below, but members may also want to bring their own special fabric or notions.

Items supplied by the Tutor, Jane
This is an additional cost of £5, payable directly to the tutor on the day

Selection of small pieces of a variety of fabrics to keep
Wide selection of Haberdashery items to use
Different colours of Carbon papers to keep

 In addition, please bring:

Usual sewing kit with fabric scissors, pins, needles etc.
Embroidery and hand stitching threads in colours that you like to work with.
Any additional ribbons, braid, buttons, beads, couching thread etc.

The tutor will bring 2 ‘Big Shot’ presses but if any participants have one they should bring them along too.

 Please bring your own lunch.  There will be tea / coffee and biscuits provided.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
The fee is non-refundable if you cancel (unless another person can take your place.)
We occasionally have a waiting list for a workshop and if that is the case your place would be offered to the next person on the list. If there isn’t a waiting list then you might know someone who could take your place.

With this in mind, please let Bookings know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
