Siân Martin – ZOOM Talk “Stitching in the Air”

Siân will talk about creating a new textile from small fragments, inter-linking with lacy stitching.

Siân is a teacher and textile artist who exhibits with the 62 Group and is currently chair of the Textile Study Group. She developed and directed ‘Distant Stitch’, the successful, online learning City and Guilds embroidery course. She lives in Somerset and mentors a group of  ‘Stitch Textile Artists’, an active group that meet to inspire each other and exhibit locally.
